We’ve Had a Busy November!

We are delighted to share some exciting updates about life at Yarnley House, where each day is bustling with activities and vibrant community spirit. This month, we have welcomed our new residents into their new home away from home and our varied activities programme is in full swing!

Our team have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know each and every one of our residents and learning their individual needs, requirements, hobbies and preferences. Through this, we've launched some new initiatives including the Knit and Natter and Gardening Club, which our residents thoroughly enjoy. These activities allow residents to socialise with their new friends, share stories from throughout their lives, and explore current hobbies or new interests which has created a warm and friendly atmosphere. The residents have loved participating, already fostering a strong sense of connection and belonging at Yarnley House.

We also hosted our very first Halloween party and invited loved ones of our residents as well as members of the local community. The party was a great success with visitors appearing in such creative costumes. To prepare for the party, residents worked hard creating many spooky decorations which really brought the Halloween atmosphere to life.

At our luxury care home in the New Forest, we understand the importance of building a strong community and always creating moments of joy for our residents. It was heartwarming to see the smiles and hear the laughter as residents interacted with each other and our visitors throughout the month and we can't wait to hold more activities for them to enjoy!
